Kerabu Epal Hijau

It has been a week my MIL went back to her home. B4 that, she bought a basket of green apple at pasar mlm near my house. 20+ pcs per basket. Very cheap she said. & after that my hubby bought a basket of red apple (big size). So on the day she went back, she only brought along the red apple & left the green apple at my house. Very heavy she said. So, it has been a week the apple in my freeze. I'm not a fan of green apple bcoz' it's too sour for me. So apart of eating it with salt (cecah garam - that's what my hubby taught me), we made apple juice. The i remembered of kak liza's green appple kerabu.


KERABU EPAL HIJAU

Ingredients:
2 green apples - shredded
1 red chillie - sliced
1 onion - quartered n sliced
carrot - shredded
mint leaves ~~ kakliza gunakan daun ketumbar...lebih tangkap bau..
1 tsp lime juice
salt n sugar to taste
* kakliza tambah bunga kantan..
* Mamafami tambah lada hitam ditumbuk dan minyak zaitun

Method:
Mix all ingredients together. Aside for 15 minutes. Ready to serve.



Kerabu Epal Hijau

Bahan-bahan
2 biji apple hijau
1/2 cawan kacang tanah digoreng tanpa minyak dan ditumbuk
1/4 cawan udang kering digoreng juga dan ditumbuk
5 biji cili api
1 kuntum bunga kantan (jika suka)
1 sudu kecil kerisik
garam & gula secukup rasa
5 biji imau kasturi

Cara-cara
1. Hiris apple nipis2 (jgn sagat) dan rendam dlm air garam utk mengelakkan dari menjadi lebam. Hiris cili api dan bunga kantan
2. gaul semua bahan2 dan yg dihiris dan tabur udang kering dan kacang tanah. Perah limau kasturi. Bubuh garam dan gula sebelum dihidang.



Kerabu Epal Hijau

Bahan-bahan;
3 biji epal hijau disagat2
5 biji bawang merah yang dimayang halus
5 biji cili padi dihiris halus
3 biji cili merah dihiris nipis menyerong
1 kuntum bunga kantan yang dihiris nipis
Daun ketumbar dihiris2
perahan limau nipis
gula dan garam secukup rasa

Cara-cara Memasak;
Gaulkan semua bahan tadi hingga sebati. Masukkan gula, garam dan perahan limau nipis secukup rasa yang diingini. Kalau mahu sedap, campurkan kisaran udang kering ke dalam kerabu. Nah! Sudah sedia untuk dimakan dengan nasi putih panas-panas.
