Cendul Pulut

I really love cendul pulut. I even addicted to it. Every week i bought cendul pulut at pasar mlm near my house. Even if my husband saw people selling cendul pulut, he'll buy it for me.
There is a food stall at my hometown, pekan Batu 6 to be exact, selling good cendul pulut. My father brought me to eat there & starting from that, everytime i go to that place, i'll have cendul pulut with laksa penang. Yum yum....



CENDOL PULUT

BAHAN-BAHANNYA :-)
Cendol secukupnya, tos, cuci dan tos kembali
Kacang merah, guna yg dalam tin saja
Pulut, rendam 2 jam
Santan secukupnya
Sirap gula merah
Sedikit garam
Ais secukupnya

CARA MEMBUATNYA :-)
1. Pulut tadi ditoskan isi dalam bekas dan masukkan air atau santan cair separas dengan pulut. Kukus 25 minit atau hingga masak.
2. Satukan santan dengan sedikit garam, kacau rata. Masukkan cendol dan sirap gula merah secukup rasa.
3. Tuang cendol tadi dalam bekas yang diisi ais, tambah kacang merah dan pulut tadi. Boleh dihidangkan...

Bahan A
1 cwn tepung beras
2 sudu tepung gandum
sedikit tepung jagung
air daun pandan
air kapur

Bahan B
Santan
Gula merah
Gula Pasir
Pulut yang telah dikukus/dimasak

cara membuatnya
1. Bancuh tepung beras + gandum + jagung beserta air daun pandan dan sedikit air kapur makan. Agak-agak bancuhan tidak terlalu cair dan terlalu pekat. Letak bancuhan tadi di atas api dan kacau sehingga nampak berkilat. Kemudian lenyekkan ia dalam bekas berlubang-lubang yang ditadah di bawahnya bekas yang mengandungi air yang banyak.
2. Masakan gula merah dan pasir yang dicampur air sehingga gula cair.
3. Untuk hidangan campurkan cendul, pulut, santan kelapa (susu segar), air gula…
