Tapai Nasi

Have u ever heard of tapai nasi, tapai that was made of rice? U don't? I'm either. I'm only ever heard of tapai ubi kayu & tapai pulut.


TAPAI NASI

Bahan:
600g nasi sejuk
1 biji ragi kecil

Cara:
Ragi ditumbuk halus dan ditapis. Kemudian di gaul kan bersama nasi sejuk hingga rata. Masukkan kedalam bekas ketap udara dan dibungkus dengan kain. Simpan selama 2 hari, sehingga menjadi tapai nasi. Bila tapai ini betul2 sudah menjadi, buang airnya dan boleh lah disimpah dalam peti sejuk. Bila hendak digunakan, keluarkan jumlah yang diperlukan, lebihannya di simpan kembali dalam peti sejuk..
