Baked Beans Sausage

Yesterday i bought a tin of baked beans sausage.After having it for breakfast this morning, i decided to cook it with sausage.I bought sausage last weekend at giant supermarket.I used Kak Liza's recipe.Anyhow i didn't put tomato sauce as i forgot to buy it.


BAKED BEANS SAUSAGE
~ Kak Liza ~

Bahan
10 batang sosej
1 tin bakesd beans
4 s/b sos tomato
3 s/b sos cili
1 labu bawang besar [hiris]
1 s/k lada hitam
1/2 cawan air
garam
minyak

Cara
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan abwang sehingga layu.
2. Masukkan sausage dan goreng sehingga masak dan garing.
3. Masukkan garam, air, lada hitam, sos cili dan sos tomato. Kacau rata.
4. masukkan baked beans dan kacau perlahan.
5. Masukkan air dan kacau perlahan2.
6. Bila nampak pekat, angkat dan hidangkan dengan roti atau nasi.



Sosej Baked Beans

Bahan-Bahan:
1 tin baked bean
10 batang sosej [potong2]
1 sudu makan minyak
3 sudu makan tomato sos
1 biji bawang besar (hiris)
2 ulas bawang putih (cincang)
3 biji cili merah [cincang]
garam dan gula
1 pokok kecil daun sup [cincang]

Cara:
1. Panaskan minyak
2. Tumis bawang putih & bawang besar
3. Masukkan sosej dan gorengkan sehinga garing.
4. Masukkan tomato sos
5. Masukkan baked bean dan gaul hingga rata.
6. Taburkan daun sup dan tutup api.
7. Hidang bersama roti bakar atau garlic bread.


BAKED BEANS KENNY RODGERS

Bahan-bahannya :
2 15-ounce cans pinto beans (with liquid)
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup tomato ketchup (macam tomato sauce)
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons diced onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/2 cup shredded meat

Caranya :
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Pour entire contents of the can of pinto beans into a casserole dish (with a lid).
3. Dissolve the cornstarch in a small bowl with the 2 tablespoons of water. Add this solution to the beans and stir.
4. Add the remaining ingredients to the dish, stir well and cover.
5. Bake for 90 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Stir every 30 minutes.
6. After removing the beans from the oven, let the beans cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serves 6-8 people.



Kuah Kacang Panggang Bersos Tomato

BAHAN-BAHANNYA:
1 tin kacang panggang bersos tomato
1 mangkuk daging cincang
1-2 buku bawang besar - dicincang halus
2 ulas bawang putih - dicincang halus
sedikit daun sadri dan daun bawang
garam, gula, serbuk perasa
boleh tambah cili cincang kalau nak pedas
sedikit minyak masak
sedikit air

TAMBAHAN:
Kadang-kadang ada kacang panggang yang kurang enak dan warnanya agak pucat, jadi kak wa tambah 1 sudu stok pati ikan bilis dan 1-2 sudu tomato puri untuk merahkan warna dia.

CARANYA:
Tumis bawang besar, bawang putih sehingga naik baunya. Kemudian masukkan daging cincang, pati ikan bilis, tomato puri. Selepas itu anda masukkan kacang panggang bersos tomato dan kiranya ia mulai kering masukkan air anggaran tidak terlalu kering dan terlalu pekat sangat.Agak-agak sesuai untuk di cicah dengan roti. kemudian masukkan serbuk perasa(terpulang), gula dan garam ikut cita rasa anda.Akhir sekali taburkan daun sadri dan daun bawang .
