Sup Kaki Ayam

Yesterday i bought chicken foot (kaki ayam) at pasar mlm.Actually i've been longing to eat this but since my husband doesn't eat it,i just forgot my desire.He can't eat it bcoz' it's a foot used to walk.But since today i'm alone at home,i decided to cook sup kaki ayam.
While i was kid,my mom always cook this soup.May be this is the cheapest ingrediant we could afforded at that time.There were 7 people of us in the house,so buying chicken was something unaffordable.Instead my mom bought chicken feet even though people saw it as poor people's food.At our place,chicken feet sold separately.
My mom made soup with it.Or sometimes she made 'gulai'/curry or 'masak tumis', apart of putting it in fried rice, fried mee & beehoon & also mee rebus.Delicious.


SUP KAKI AYAM/AYAM

Bahan-bahannya
Kaki ayam/ayam~dipotong kecil
Daun Bawang -dipotong kecil
Daun saderi-dipotong kecil
Sejemput Bawang Merah goreng
Sejemput Bawang putih goreng
Sejemput Bawang Besar goreng
1 batang kulit kayu manis
4 biji bunga cengkih
3 biji pelaga hindi
1 kuntum bunga lawang
1 kiub perencah ikan bilis
1 ikat sup bunjut
2 inci halia-dihiris
1 1/2 inci lengkuas-dihiris
3 ulas Bawang merah-dihiris
6 ulas bawang putih-dihiris

Cara Membuatnya
1. Tumis kulit kayu manis, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, pelaga hindi hingga berbau.
2. Masukkan hirisan bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, lengkuas. Tumis sehingga naik bau.
Masukkan bahan gorengan: Bawang merah, bawang putih dan bawang besar. Kacau.
3. Masukkan air secukupnya. Setelah mendidih, masukkan kaki ayam/ayam. Kacau2 sebentar.
4. Masukkan kiub ikan bilis dan sup bunjut. Kacau sebentar dan biarkan mendidih.
Bila kaki ayam/ayam dah empuk dan masak, masukkan garam secukup rasa. Angkat.
5. Untuk hidangan taburkan hirisan daun bawang, daun saderi dan bawang goreng
ke dalam sup. Siap untuk dihiruppppp dan dimakan bersama nasi panas2, ikan kering,
sambal belacan/sambal garam.


Sup Kaki Ayam

Bahan-Bahan:
10 kaki ayam,leher,kepak,tulang rangka
7 biji bawang merah kecil(tumbuk)
5 biji bawang putih (tumbuk)
½" halia mengikut rasa (tumbuk)
Bunga Lawang,Bunga Cengkih,Kulit Kayu Manis
Sup Bunjut Adabi
Daun Sup
4 Biji Kentang
1 batang Lobak

Cara-Cara:-
1. Sedikit minyak dan goreng bahan tumbuk serta sup bunjut, selepas itu mengikut suka kaki ayam atau sebagainya.
2. Kacau semua bahan hingga sebati dan masuk air megikut suka.Mendidih masukkan kentang atau mengikut suka.Akhir sekali taburkan daun sup


Sup Kaki Ayam Best
Kiriman: Mawar Desa

Bahan-Bahan:-
5 kaki ayam (bersihkan)
5 ulas bawang rose
4 biji bawang putih
sedikit halia
2 biji kentang
1 batang lobak merah

Cara:
1. Semua bahan termasuk bawang merah rose,bawang putih & halia dikisar halus atau ditumbuk.
2. Panas sedikit minyak dan tumis bahan kisar.Setelah itu masukkan kaki ayam, kentang & lobak merah..dan sup bunjut.
3. Kacau dulu....bagi masa 2 minit baru masukkan air dan masak sampai empuk akhir sekali masuk garam,perisa.
