Garlic Bread

For breakfast, i made garlic bread dipped in cambell's wild mushroom soup.



Garlic bread

Bahan-bahan ( 15 keping )
roti france
2 ulas bawang putih
2 sudu besar mentega
parsley kering secukupnya

Cara-cara
1. Kupas kulit bawang dan bersihkan. Balut dengan aluminium foil. Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 180 degree selama 15 minit. Atau boleh juga bakar guna oven toaster.
2. Bila dah siap bakar, masih lagi dalam aluminium foil, ketuk-ketuk dengan hulu pisau atau lesung sehingga hancur. Masukkan pula ke dalam butter.
3. Kemudian cairkan butter dengan microwave. Siap untuk di sapu pada roti. Kalau buat banyak boleh simpan di dalam peti ais. Boleh tahan sampai 2 minggu.
4. Potong roti setebal 7mm-10mm. Sapukan dengan garlic butter . Lepas tu taburlah daun parsley. Bakar dalam oven selama 10-15 minit pada suhu 150C

Bahan-bahan ( +250g )
Roti france

*Garlic butter*
50g bawang putih.
250g butter- suhu bilik
daun pasli secukupnya

Cara-cara
1. Kupas kulit bawang putih. Belah dan buang bahagian tengah(bahagian ni boleh menyebabkan rasa pahit). Basuhkan. Kemudian kisar.
2. Masukkan bawang putih tadi dan pasli ke dalam butter. Kacau biar sebati.
3. Potong roti france nipis-nipis, tapi jangan putus. Masukkan butter tadi di bahagian tengah tempat potong tadi. Kemudian sapukan sedikit garlic butter ke atas roti.
4. Bakar sekejap bergantung kepada kegaringan yg anda suka.
5. Garlic butter yg tak abis boleh difrozenkan dan boleh diguna pada lain kali.




Roti Bawang Putih

Bahan-Bahan:
20 gm roti Perancis
15 gm mentega
8 gm bawang putih (dicincang)
20 gm tomato (dipotong kiub)
3 gm daun selasih
1 gm garam dan lada sulah
2 gm jus lemon
5 gm bawang merah (dicincang halus)

Cara:
Potong roti Perancis setiap satu 3 keping. Masukkan ke dalam oven selama 3 minit. Campurkan bawang putih, mentega dan kacau hingga sebati. Keluarkan roti dari oven dan sapukan mentega di atas roti tadi. Campurkan tomato, bawang merah, daun selasih, bawang putih, jus lemon dan garam secukup rasa. Keluarkan roti dari oven dan tuangkan campuran tomato ke atas roti tadi. Aturkan ketiga-tiga roti tadi di atas pinggan dan hiaskan.

Bahan :-
Beberapa keping roti sandwich (teman kalo buat trus sebuku...dpt bykkk)..

Garlic butter
5 sudu besar butter / margerin
4 ulas bawang putih (cincang halus)
sedikit serbuk lada putih
secubit garam
(semua bahan di atas, gaul sehingga sebati..)

Cara :-
1- Gelek roti smpai nipis & potong ikut suke..(sekeping tu teman potong
2- Sapu dgn garlic butter
3- Bakar dlm ketuhar selama 10 min..sehingga nampak garing & kekuningan...
4- Tunggu sejuk & bolehlah disimpan di dlm bahan kedap udara...





GARLIC BREAD

Bahan-bahan:
3 ulas bawang putih } ditumbuk atau dicincang halus
175 g mentega
12 ketul roti hotdog (rolls) } dibelah 2
daun parsley } dicincang halus - jika suka

Cara membuat:
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 160' C.
2. Campurkan bawang putih bersama mentega (garlic butter) dan digaul sebati.
3. Sapukan garlic butter tadi pada roti roll
4. Taburkan daun parsley jika suka.
5. Tutup kembali roti tadi (tak perlu dibungkus/balut dgn aluminium foil) dan bolehlah dibakar di dalam oven selama 20-30 minit
6. Hidang panas-panas.

Variasi -->> boleh juga guna roti baguette belah 2 sapu garlic butter kemudian bungkus/balut dgn aluminium foil dan bakar pd suhu 200'C selama 10-15 minit. Bila nak hidangkan potong serong2





Garlic Bread Soup

Ingredients - Makes 5 cups; serves 4
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, preferably Spanish
8 large garlic cloves, mashed to a paste with 1 teaspoon coarse salt
2 cups bite-size pieces stale crusty bread (4 ounces)
5 cups homemade or low-sodium store-bought chicken stock
1 bay leaf
Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
3 large eggs, beaten
Flat-leaf parsley leaves, for garnish

Directions
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat until hot but not smoking. Add garlic paste; cook, stirring occasionally, until very fragrant but not browned, about 10 minutes.
2. Add bread, and stir to coat. Stir in stock and bay leaf; season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes.
3. Discard bay leaf. Stir in eggs. Cook, stirring occasionally to break up eggs, about 10 minutes. Serve soup garnished with parsley leaves.





Herbed Garlic Bread

Ingredients - Serves 4
1/2 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
1 loaf (12 inches long) Italian-style white bread

Directions
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together parsley, thyme, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a small bowl.
2. Using a bread knife, slice loaf into 12 half-inch pieces, cutting only 3/4 of the way through the loaf so it stays intact. Brush herb mixture liberally between each slice. Wrap loaf loosely in foil. Heat until warm, about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.





Crisp Garlic Bread

Ingredients - Serves 8
4 garlic cloves
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, room temperature
2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint, or parsley
Coarse salt
1 Italian bread loaf (8 ounces), halved lengthwise

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook garlic cloves in boiling water for 2 minutes; remove and finely chop.
2. In a small bowl, mix garlic with butter, mint or parsley, and salt to taste.
3. Spread butter mixture on cut sides of bread. Sandwich together. Bake until crusty and butter has melted, about 10 minutes.
