Yogurt Drink

I hate milk,especially powder milk.I even can't stand of drinks white in colour similar to milk.I only can drink condensed milk with tea.That's all.Even if the taste of the milk is too strong,i won't eat or drink it.I can't stand the milky taste.Apart of the milk,i even can't eat/drink yogurt/tau-foo-fah/dadih/tauhu & yg sewaktu dgnnya.
But few years ago,i became addicted to this. But for last few months i craved for this , Shine 0% Fat Drinking Yogurt.It's a new improved version of dutch lady 0% fat drinking yogurt.It is the only yoghurt drink in the market formulated with green tea extract. Apart from its antioxidant effects, green tea extract helps to maintain the body’s metabolic rate, thus helping women stay healthy and in shape. In addition, Active Live Culture in Shine also induces digestion and promotes intestinal health.
Shine 0% Fat Drinking Yoghurt is available in 5 twin fruit flavours of Strawberry Raspberry, Orange Mango, Lemon Lime, Apple Aloe Vera and Peach Passion. But i love Strawberry Raspberry the best.How do i became addicted to it?First i saw its advert in my favorite magazine, cleo.It looks good & tasty.At the same time i realized that my age is increasing & i'm lacked of calcium.At this age i've to take a lot of calcium.All this while,i depends on anchovies as my calcium source.But i realized that i've to find another sources such as milk.So i encourage myself to drink it.At first it taste awful but i kept on drinking it until finished.The next day i drank it again & after a few sips,i became to like it until now.I tried other brands & different flavours,but i'll stick to this only.
Enough of the facts.Back to cooking.Today i'm making my own drinking yogurt with strawberry raspberry flavour.Even thought the outcome is not similar with the dutch lady's but i still can have my favorite drink with a cheaper price.

Strawberry Raspberry Yogurt Drink

6 large strawberries, sliced and pureed
1 cup raspberry sorbet
juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup plain yogurt

Mix all ingrediants.Chill in the freezer.

250 ml yogurt asli [natural yogurt]
1 liter orange jus kotak [kakliza gunakan PeelFresh yang ada sachs tu]
ketulan ais

1. Tapiskan oren jus yang ada sach [tujuan supaya nanti nampak sach dalam gelas]
2. Masukkan yogurt dan jus dalam blender dan mesinkan supaya sebati.
3. Masukkan dalam jug dan campurkan sach yg ditapiskan.
4. Masukkan dalam gelas dan campurkan ketulan ais.
5. Hidangkan.

1 liter oren jus Feel Fresh
1 cawan [125 ml] yogurt asli
1 biji oren sunkist [jika suka]
1 s/b oren sunquick [sebagai pewarna]
2 s/b gula [jika suka]
Ais kiub

1. Masukkan semua bahan kecuali ais kiub dalam mesin dan mesinkan. [Boleh tambah gula sikit jika nak manis]
2. Hidangkan dalam gelas dengan ais kiub.

Pati calpis

Bahan-bahan ( anggaran 345g )
150g yogurt
150g gula
45g jus lemon

1. Masukkan yogurt dan gula di dalam mangkuk
2. Masukkan air ke dalam periuk. Kemudian letakkan mangkuk tadi tu ke dalam periuk juga. Panaslah sehingga 70-80 degree sambil dikacau-kacau selama lebih kurang 15 minit.
3. Kemudian sejukkan. Bila dah sejuk, masukkan jus lemon dan kacau. Bolehlah disimpan di dalam peti ais.
4. Masa nak minum, tambahlah air ke dalam pati tadi sebanyak 2-3 kali ganda jumlah pati calpis tadi. Lepas tu bolehlah dimasukkan ketulan ais.

Apricot Yogurt Dip with Pistachios

2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup dried apricots
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon crushed pistachio nuts

Cooking Instructions
1. Line a strainer with cheesecloth and place it over a deep bowl. Add the yogurt to the strainer, cover and refrigerate overnight. The yogurt will drain and thicken overnight. Discard the liquid. (This can be done in advance and stored for up to one week.)
2. Place the apricots and sugar in a small saucepan and add just enough water to cover. Bring to a simmer and cook until the apricots are very soft, about 10 minutes. Let cool.
3. Drain the apricots and puree them in a food processor. Add the drained yogurt and process to combine. Chill for at least one hour. (This can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.) Garnish with the pistachios.
4. Serve with fresh or dried fruits or Brown Sugar Meringues .

Jus jambu batu dengan yogurt

Bahan-bahan ( 3-4 orang )
1 biji jambu batu yg tiada biji
400ml plain yogurt
3-4 sudu besar gula
1 cawan ais kiub

1. Bersihkan jambu batu. Potong kecil-kecil.
2. Kemudian masukkan semua bahan ke dalam mixer/blander. Mix sehingga semuanya sebati

Cantaloupe Yogurt Drink

Ingredients - Serves 2
3 cups cantaloupe chunks (from 1/2 cantaloupe)
2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
2 to 3 tablespoons honey
Ice cubes, for serving

In a blender, place cantaloupe, yogurt, and honey. Blend on high speed until smooth. Serve over ice.

Mango-Yogurt Drink

Ingredients - Serves 2
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)
1 cup whole milk or low-fat plain yogurt
3 tablespoons sugar
Ice cubes, for serving

In a blender, combine mango, yogurt, sugar, and 1/2 cup cold water. Pour through a fine sieve (to remove pulp), if desired. Serve immediately over ice.
