Masakan Cendawan Enoki


Have u ever seen this kind of mushroom? At first i thought it was some kind of taugeh. Rupanya mushroom...hahaha...i've seen this a few times at giant supermarket & i'm curious about its taste but i've no idea how to cook it..mkn pn x pernah.
Yesterday i found recipes using enoki at kak madiha's fp. Last night i went to giant & instantly bought it. Thanx kak madiha for the recipe...it taste really good...next time bleh beli lg.


BROKOLI + CENDAWAN ENOKI GORENG

Bahan2
1 ketul brokoli - potong ikut suka besar mana
1 bungkus cendawan enoki - potong buang bahagian akarnya..
sotong - potong ring.. (kes MaDiHa masuk jer sekor2 sotong yg dah direbus tu.. digoreng deep fry kejap)
1 biji bwg besar - mayang
2 ulas bwg putih - cincang
5 biji cili padi - hiris
sos tiram
garam & perasa
minyak

Cara2
-Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih cincang hingga wangi..masukkan bwg besar & cili padi.. kacau2.
-Masukkan air sket, sotong dan brokoli, sos tiram, garam & perasa. Kacau rata hingga brokoli hampir masak barulah masukkan cendawan enoki.. kalau masak awal kang.. lunyai lak cendawan tu.. coz dia halus2 jer
-Kacau2 kejap nampak enoki dah layu.. boleh ler di angkat dan hidang.




TAU MIU + ENOKI GORENG

Bahan2
Tau miu
Cendawan enoki
Udang – buang kepalanya
1 bwg besar – mayang
2 ulas bwg putih – cincang
1 cili cili merah – hiris
sos tiram
½ cawan air
garam
minyak masak

Cara2
1. Panaskan minyak dan tumiskan bwg putih hingga wangi. Masukkan bwg besar dan cili.
2. Masukkan udang dan kacau rata. Masukkan air, sos tiram, garam.
3. Masukkan tau miu dan kacau rata.
4. Masukkan enoki, kacau sebentar dan bolehlah dihidang.
