Tau Miu/Tiu Miu


One more vege i've never eaten b4. Like a bean sprout but people called it tau miu. B4 this i've no idea what its called. I bought it at giant with enoki mushroom but i save it for today. Tiu Miu Goreng dgn Udang

Bahan-Bahan
1/2 kg sayur Tiu Miu - cuci dan toskan
Udang basah (buang kulit & tinggalkan bhgn ekor) - ikut suke la nak letak byk mane
3 ulas bawang putih }
1" halia } ditumbuk
5 tangkai lada kecil }
1 tangkai lada merah - dihiris
1 sudu kecil minyak bijan
1 sudu kecil minyak zaitun
Garam secukup rase

Cara-Cara
1. Panaskan minyak zaitun dan tumiskan bhn2 yg dah ditumbuk sampai wangi.
2. Masukkan minyak bijan & lada merah, tumis lagi.
3. Kalu kering sgt, masukkan air sikit. Lepas tu letak garam secukup rase.
4. Then masukkan sayur & udang, biarkan udang masak sekejap.(udang jgn masak lame2 nanti dia keras sgt, tak sedap)
5. Lepas tu boleh la angkat & hidangkan.




SAYUR CAMPUR TAU MIU

Bahan-bahannya
5 ulas Bawang Putih~dimayang
3 biji cili merah ~ dihiris
Udang hidup ~ dibuang kulitnya.
Cendawan Enoki
Sayur Tau Miu
Bunga Kobis
1 batang karet- dipotong ikut suka
Sos Tiram
1 sudu tepung jagung
Minyak untuk menumis
2 cawan air
garam secukup rasa

Cara Membuatnya
1. Tumis bawang putih dan cili merah sehingga bangkit bau.
2. Masukkan udang digaul rata.
3. Masukkan air . Kemudian masukkan karet, bunga kobis, cendawan dan akhirnya Tau Miu. Biarkan mendidih.
4. Masukkan garam dan sos tiram dikacau rata
5. Akhirnya masukkan tepung jagung yang dicampur dengan sedikit air. Kacau, rasa garamnya dan angkat.
