- Welcome To My Kitchen -

There is no spectacle on earth more appealing than that of a beautiful woman in the act of cooking dinner for someone she loves.

Almost The Same - Roti Kerca

Usually i made 'roti jala' but this time around,i'm gonna make something almost the same of it,roti kerca. It was eaten also with chicken or beef curry. It used the same ingrediants with roti jala but the shape is different.I guess,it's suitable for those who want to eat 'roti jala' but don't have the 'acuan'.

ROTI KERCA KARI DAGING

Bahan-bahan :
500 gm tepung gandum
3 biji telur
sedikit garam
air secukupnya
sedikit majerin

Bahan sampingan :
daun bawang - dipotong halus
bawang goreng

Cara penyediaan :
Campurkan kesemua bahan hingga menjadi seperti adunan 'pancake'. Selamat mencuba....
