Say No To Rice - Mee Goreng

They say if u want to loose ur weigh with a very minimum exercise,u should or i can say,u must by hook or by crook,skip anything with rice.U should stop eating rice.So,no rice for me today....but tomorrow,who knows? ;)


MEE GORENG



Bahan-Bahan:
500 gm mi kuning
100 gm stong
100 gm isi ayam [hiris nipis]
100 gm kobis (dipotong)
250 gm sawi (dipotong)
2 s/b cili mesin
2 s/b kicap pekat
1 s/b sos tiram
1 cawan air stok tulang ayam
minyak
garam

bahan tumbuk
2 ulas bawang putih
3 ulas bawang merah

cara
1. Panaskan minyak masak dalam kuali. Tumiskan bahan tumbuk & cili mesin hingga garing.
2. Masukkan isi ayam dan udang. Masukkan air stok dan kacau rata.
3. Bila mendideh masukkan mee, sos tiram, kicap pekat, sawi & kobis.
4. Bila nampak dah mendideh lagi kacau rata dan tutup api. [Jangan biarkan lama2 nanti mee kembang..tak sedap.]
5. Hidangkan.





FRIED NOODLES


Ingredients:
500 gm yellow noodles
100 gm squid [clean dan cut into small size]
100 gm chicken fillet [slice ]
100 gm cabbage [cut to small size]
250 gm green spinach/green leaf
2 tbsp chillie paste
2 tbsp dark ketchup
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 cup chicken stok
2 tbsp cooking oil
salt to taste

Pounded
2 garlics
3 shallots

Method
1. Fry the chillie paste till fragrant then add in the blended onion and garlic.
2. Add in chichen fillet and squid. Stir well. Add in chicken stok
3. When it boiled, add in the noodles, oyster sauce, dark sauce, cabbage and green leaf.
4. Serve with fried shallot and chilli pickle.





MEE GORENG MAMAK



Bahan
500 gm mee kuning
100 gm daging )
100 gm fish cake ) hiris nipis
100 gm fish ball )
4 keping kueh cucur udang )
1 cawan taugeh
1 mangkuk sawi [potong kecil]
3 sudu cili mesin.~~ nak pedas bubuhlah lebih
1 sudu rempah kari
3 sudu kicap pekat
2 sudu minyak masak
1 labu bawang besar [cincang halus]
3 biji telur ayam
3 biji cili hijau [hiris nipis]

Cara.
1. Panaskan minyak. Masukkan bawang dan cili & rempah dan biarkan garing dan wangi.
2. Masukkan daging dan kacau rata.
3. Masukkan fish cake, fish ball dan kueh cucur udang. Biar sebentar.
4. Masukkan kicap dan mee. Kacau rata.
5. Masukkan taugeh dan sawi.
6. Ketepikan mee dan pecahkan telur di tengah-tengah kuali.
7. Biarkan telur tu masak sikit barulah dikacau dan gaul rata.
8. Masakkan mee agak kering.
9. Hidangkan dalam pinggan leper dan hiaskan.





Mee Goreng Basah



Bahan-bahan ( 5 org makan )
600g mee kuning
2 ekor sotong
6 ekor udang basah
3 pokok sawi
1 sb pes lada kering
2 sb minyak masak
1/2 sb sos tiram
4 sb sos tomato
1/2 sb kicap pekat
3 cawan air panas
3 ulas bawang putih
garam, gula & ajinomoto

** lada jeruk **
cuka
gula & garam
lada besar hijau

Cara-cara
1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang putih hingga naik bau. Masukkan pes lada tumis sekejap. Masuk sotong & udang gaulkan sebati.
2. Masuk sos tomato,sos tiram,kicap pekat,gula,garam dan ajinomoto. Kacau biar sekata. Masuk air panas dan biar menggelegak. Rasa cukup semua bahan perasa. Adjust ikut selera anda.
3. Masukkan mee kuning & gaul sebati. Masukkan pula sawi (daun shj), kalau nmpak air mcm dah kering atau tak cukup basah blh tambah lagi air panas.Kecilkan api & biar selama 4minit. Kemudian gaul2 sekejap,bila semua perasa dah meresap dalam mee, tutupkan api. Masukkan taugeh dan gaul sekata.Dalam gambar xda taugeh...stok taugeh takda kat umh...
4. Alihkan mee kuning dari kuali, jgn biarkan dlm kuali, air mee akan kering. Makan panas2 bersama lada jeruk,taburkan dgn daun bawang & bawang goreng.
5. Lada jeruk : Potong lada menyerong. Dalam mangkuk masukkan lada. Masukkan juga cuka hingga menutupi lada. Masukkan garam & gula. Rasa ok ke tak...adjust ikut selera anda. Lada jeruk nih buat banyak pun takpa sbb boleh simpan dalam peti sejuk.



mee goreng campak2



Bahan-Bahan
1kg homemade noodles
prawns - headed
squids - ring cut
5 pcs shallots
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp blended chillies
2 scoops tomato sauce
2 scoops soy sauce (kicap daaaaaaa... )
2 tbsp oyster sauce
cooking oil
salt n sugar to taste
chives - 1\" lengthwise cut

Cara Memasak
1. Pound shallots and garlic. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Stir fry pounded shallots and garlic and blended chillies to fragrant.
2. Add in all sauces and stir till all ingredients well blended together and throw in prawns and squids. Add water if necessary. Taste the salt n sugar.
3. Put in the noodles and mix all well together. Lastly add in the chives. Spread them evenly.
4. Serve.



Mee Goreng mamak



INGREDIENTS (A):
2-3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1-2 tablespoons light soya sauce
4 green chillies, sliced
4 red chillies, sliced
4 small potatoes; boiled, skinned and cut into wedges

INGREDIENTS (B)
Oil for frying
1 onion, sliced finely
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
225 g (8 oz) Chinese cabbage cut into 5 cm (2in) lengths
455 g (16 oz) bean sprouts
340 g (12 oz) fresh yellow noodles
4 eggs
Light soya sauce
2 tablespoons crispy shallots*
6 small local limes, halved

METHOD :
1. Heat iron wok till smoky. Put in 2 tablespoons oil, and fry onion slices till soft and transparent.
2. Lightly toss in tomatoes and Chinese cabbage.
3. Add bean sprouts and noodles and stir for 1 minute.
4. Toss in [A] and mix well.
5. Push noodles to one side of wok.Add 2 tablespoons oil and scramble eggs (two at a time) with a sprinkle of light soya sauce. Mix egg and noodles thoroughly.
6. Add paste for noodles (see below) according to taste. Stir mixture over a very high heat for 1 minute. Remove to serving plate .
7. Garnish with crispy shallots, and local limes.



Mee Goreng Thai



Bahan - bahan
1 kg Mee Thai Mah (Mee Chendol seakan-akan mee laksa tetapi pendek)
200gm isi ayam dipotong kecil
200gm udang sederhana (buang kulit)

Bahan Kisar
15 biji cili padi (dikisar halus)
4 ulas bawang putih (dikisar halus)

1 batang lobak dihiris halus
50 sen daun bawang (di potong 2")
30 sen daun kucai
3 kelopak kobis cina (Pek Chye)hiris
15 helai daun selasih
2 sudu makan kicap
2 sudu makan sos tiram
3 sudu makan sos ikan thai
garam & serbuk perasa secukupnya
sedikit air jika perlu
sedikit minyak untuk menumis

Cara :
1. Panaskan minyak.
2. Tumis bahan kisar hingga garing & masukkan isi ayam & udang.
3. Setelah setengah masak, masukkan semua sos, garam & serbuk perasa dan kacau rata.
4. Masukkan sayur & mee, sedikit air jika perlu dan gaul rata.
5. Hidangkan semasa panas









Mee Goreng Special

Bahan – bahan
Dua peket mee kuning
10 tangkai cili kering
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
udang kering secukupnya
sedikit isi ayam
sedikit udang
sedikit sotong
kicap masin & manis secukupnya
sedikit cili sos
sedikit Maggie seasoning
taugeh secukupnya
daun kucai secukupnya
limau kasturi sebagai hiasan

Cara membuatnya
1. Kisar cili kering, bawang besar ,bawang putih dan udang kering .
2. Tumiskan bahan kisar hingga naik baunya dan garing . Masukkan cili sos, kicap masin & manis , maggie seasoning ..masukkan sedikit air.
3. Masukkan sotong , udang dan isi ayam dan biarkan hingga empuk ,masukkan garam dan gula jika suka . Biarkan sehingga kering sedikit
4. Masukkan mee , taugeh, daun kucai dan tomato . Kacau rata dan bolehlah dihidangkan mengikut citarasa anda
