Goreng Sayur Kubis Cina

Ari ni masak kubis cina aka bak choi @ bak choy. Dulu masa duk kg tak prnh mkn kubis mcm ni. Yg biasa, kubis bulat tu. Dtg kl ni jupe la kubis ni. Sedap plak tu. Biasa klau tak goreng, aku buat ala2 sup. Taruk fish ball, sedap. Ari nk goreng jer. La, tak sangka la plak ada org goreng sayur ni mcm aku buat. Tp biasa aku tak taruk lada hitam. So kita layan je la resepi rahiza ni.

Bahan-bahan
sedikit kubis cina dipotong-potong
1 biji tomato dipotong
2 biji lada merah dipotong
sedikit udang
minyak
garam
serbuk lada hitam
sedikit air

Bahan-bahan dimayang
3 biji bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih

Cara-cara
1. Panaskan minyak. Tumiskan bahan-bahan dimayang.
2. Setelah naik bau, masukkan udang. Kacau seketika.
3. Masukkan sayur kubis cina. Tambahkan lada merah, tomato, garam dan sedikit air.
4. Gaul rata sehingga mendidih. Taburkan serbuk lada hitam.
5. Siap untuk dihidang.
