Pulut Bakar


Ada org confuse pulut bakar ni dgn pulut panggang @ pulut udang @ pulut lepa. Actually pulut bakar is difefrent. The shape is round and it is wrapped in banana leaf. The taste is delicious and it has sweet aroma. & yg ptg dia takde inti mcm pulut panggang tu. Kuih ni famous kt klantan & utara trganu (jertih & besut). Saya mmg prnh mkn kuih ni, buah tgn dr family mertua cousin saya yg dibawakan khas dr kelantan.
Rasanya bleh cuba resepi ni wp takde acuan khas dia. Klau x silap, dia gunakan acuan tembaga bulat. Apart of mkn pulut kukus ke, pulut tanak ke, ada baiknya kita mkn pulut yg dibakar plak.


Pulut Bakar

Bahan-bahan :
2 cupak beras pulut (rendam 3-4 jam)
1 kilo gula
1 1/2 kilo kelapa parut (ambil 2 cawan pati santan)
15 biji halba
1 sudu garam besar
10 kuntum bungan cengkih

Cara Membuatnya :
1. Beras dikukus sampai masak.
2. Masukkan ke dalam bekas.
3. Kemudian masukkan garam, gula, halba, bunga cengkih dan santan.
4. Dibiarkan selama 12 jam sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam acuan bakar.
