I'm Not Feeling Very Well - Nasi Air

Yesterday i'm not feeling very well.I've no appetite.My body ache.I've decided to take 2 tablets paracetemol b4 i got a fever.So,b4 taking the medicine,i've cook a very simple dish.They call 'nasi air' at my hometown.Some call 'bubur nasi'.But the difference i noticed was 'nasi air' contains water while the later used coconut milk.I prefer 'nasi air' bcoz' i can eat a lot with no 'muak' feeling.
Nasi Air Slurrrrp

Bahan-Bahan:
1pot beras

Bahan A:
3ketul ayam
4ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk)
2ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)
½ inc halia (ditumbuk)
dua gelas air
garam, perisa* secukup rasa
sedikit minyak untuk menumis

Bahan B:
50grm bawang goreng
100gram ikan bilis goreng (bilis halus)
5biji cili api (dipotong-2)
4btg daun sup (dipotong-2)
5potong lobak masin (dipotong-2)

Cara:
1) masak nasi hingga menjadi bubur;
2) tumiskan bahan2 yg ditumbuk hingga wangi, masukkan ayam, gaul-2kan, masukkan air dan garam, masak hingga mengeledak,keluarkan ayam dan potong kecil-2;
3) sendukkan nasi yg lembik tu kedalam mangkuk, ayam yg dipotong tadi,bahan-2 B dan kuah sup tadi.

Cadangan Hidangan:
Boleh dihidang pada bila-bila masa yg digemari, sesuai untuk org-2 yang demam dan kanak-kanak.
