Others Bubur Caca

It was totally different from my hometown bubur caca.I realized this dried caca was sold a lot in northen state.While i was studying in kedah,i saw a lot of this kind of colourful dried 'cendol' sold at pekan rabu.I totally have no idea what it was since sincerely said it was my first time i saw it.


BUBUR CHA CHA


Ingredients:
200gm dried cha cha
A bowl of thick coconut milk (may add additional thin coconut milk if necessary)
Sweet potatoe (keledek..preferably the yellow one), diced
Sugar
A pinch of salt
Pandan leaf

Method:
1. Boil dried cha cha and sweet potatoe seperately until softened.
2. Combine coconut milk, sugar and salt in a casserole and let simmer for a while. Stir
so as not to let the mixture get crumbled.
3. Add in softened cha cha and sweet potatoe. Let simmer and adjust the sweetness.
4. Put in the pandan leaf, stir a while and you are done.
BUBUR JAGUNG CACA [hanieliza]

bahan
2 cawan caca kering
1 cawan air biasa
1 tin jagung
1/2 cawan gula putih
3 cawan santan pekat [1 biji kelapa]
1 s/k garam
1 helai daun pandn [simpulkan]

cara
1. Masukkan air biasa, caca kering dan daun pandan dalam periuk dan masak sehingga mendideh.
2. Masukkan gula, garam dan jagung dan biarkan mendideh.
3. Masukkan santan dan kacau supaya tidak pecah minyak.
4. Rasakan manisnya dan bila mendidehtutup api.
4. Hidangkan untuk minum petang.

Bubur Caca

Bahan-Bahan:
1 ketul keledek
1 ketul keladi
2 biji pisang raja
1 cawan gula
1 mangkuk santan pekat dan 3 mangkuku santan cair, daripada sebiji kelapa
½ camca teh garam
3-4 helai daun pandan
Air untuk merebus

Cara:
Kupas keledek dan keladi lalu dipotong dadu kecil. Pisang dipotong serong. Rebus keladi, apabila hampit empuk masukkan keledek. Setelah kedua-duanya empuk masukkan santan cair bersama gula. garam dan daunpandan. Apabila mendidih masukkan pisang dan santan pekat. Didihkan lagi dan angkat.

Bubur Caca Berlempuk

Bahan-Bahan:
3 cawan santan daripada sebiji kelapa
½ cawan lempuk (100 gm)
2 helai daun pandan
½ cawan gula pasir
¼ sudu teh garam
1 cawan tepung caca

Cara:
Kacau santan bersama lempuk, daun pandan, gula dan garam di atas api hinggan mendidih. Sementara itu celur tepung caca di dalam air mendidih untuk menghilangkan kanjinya. Kacau rata, angkat dan sejat. Masukkan tepung caca ke dalam santan tadi. Kacau rata hingga tepung caca lembut. Angkat dan hidangkan.

Bubur Cha-cha [seribulan]

Bahan:
2 mangkuk santan cair dan semangkuk santan pekat
1 mangkuk gula pasir
2 camca besar sagu biji
2 helai daun pandan
sedikit garam

Bahan didadu:
1 ketul keladi
1 ketul keledek merah
1 ketul keledek putih

Cara:
1. masak santan cair bersama bahan2 didadu.
2. masukkan gula pasir, daun pandan dan garam.Masak sehingga mendidih.
3. masukkan santan pekat
4. setelah mendidih baru diangkat.
