When monday comes, i started to be in no mood to cook. Furthermore on weekend i've been cooking a lot. Biasa la, hubby ada kt umah, mcm2 nk kna masak. Kena plak hubby yg jenis suka mkn. Kejap2 nk mkn, kejap2 nk mkn. Pinggan yg dibasuh x sempat nk kering (bukan apa, org baru kawin,pinggan pn x byk. Present org bg masa kawin disimpan kot2 ada tetamu dtg).
Fikir punya fikir, i cooked maggi mee for dinner. Furthermore it has been months i didn't eat maggi. I admitted that i ate maggi almost everyday during my campus years. I replaced the rice with maggi bcoz' it's cheaper. Furthermore we can't cook in college, so the easier thing to eat especially during late at night was maggi mee. I've been trying almost every maggi mee. Soup, fried, boiled, etc. Curry, chicken, prawn, asam laksa, tomyam, etc flavours. Sometimes i'm fed-up with it but what to do, it was the most affordable food at that time.
I know people kept on saying the badness of eating maggi mee but i've no choice at that time. Tanya la student kolej @ universiti, maggi tu makanan ruji diaorg. Rasanya penipu la klau diaorg ckp diaorg x mkn.
Now, i already working. Money is not a problem like my university's years (dulu dpt scholarship & loan tp slalu x cukup sbb duit abis beli text book), but sometimes ada gak terbabas time hujung2 bulan tu. Skrg ni mkn time x tau nk mkn apa la...

Mee Maggi Kari

Bahan-bahan
1 bungkus maggi perisa kari
1 ulas bawang putih - diketuk
1 biji bawang besar - dimayang
2 sudu makan minyak masak
1 biji telur
3 biji cili api - diketuk
Sayur sawi - boleh juga guna sayuran lain
Udang - boleh juga guna ayam, sotong & sebagainya
Fishball - saya lbih suka klau fishball digoreng dahulu
Garam & bahan perisa secukupnya
Air
Cara-cara
1. Panaskan minyak. Tumiskan bawang putih & bawang besar hingga layu.
2. Bancuh setengah perencah maggi dgn sedikit air. Masukkan ke dalam tumisan bawang tadi. * Saya hanya guna setengah shj perencah sbb rasa kari tu kuat sgt.
3. Kemudian masukkan air secukupnya.
4. Masukkan udang.
5. Bila air mula mendidih, pecahkan telur ke dalamnya.
6. Bila telur mula masak, masukkan maggi. Kacau.
7. Bila maggi sudah agak lembut, masukkan fish ball, sawi, cili api, garam & bahan perisa jika perlu.
6. Kacau seketika. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
