Home-Made Pasta

Last week i watched Hong's kitchen on ntv7. One of the recipe that day was pasta cooked with lala (instead of lala i would rather called it kepah). I was so interested with the method of making pasta. It was so simple.
Instead of buying the ready-made pasta, i guess this is the easiest & cheapest pasta. My hubby was also interested with this pasta. My hubby said, next time when we want to eat pasta, we don't have to go to the market anymore bcoz' we already know how to make home-made pasta. So i tried it yesterday & it was really good. It may be different from the pasta sold in the market but it taste like pasta. U can't find it in other shop/market.

Ingredients
1 big potato - skinned & boiled until soft
1 cup of flour
1 egg

Method
1. Lenyek ubi kentang hingga hancur.
2. Masukkan tepung gandum & uli.
3. Masukkan telur & uli hingga menjadi doh yang kenyal. Tambahkan lagi telur sedikit demi sedikit jika doh masih keras. Tidak perlu guna air.
4. Apabila doh sudah kenyal, cubit doh sedikit demi sedikit & tekan dgn jari di atas papan hingga jadi mcm pasta kerang. (Boleh juga dipotong nipis memanjang)
5. Panaskan air di dalam periuk. Rebus pasta tadi hingga ia timbul.
6. Toskan sebelum dimasak.

Bahan-bahan ( 3-4 orang )
1 1/3 cawan tepung gandum
1 biji telur
1/2 cawan air suam
Sedikit garam

Cara-cara;
Campurkan semua bahan di atas, uli sehingga sebati dan lembut. Setelah siap balut dengan plastik dan letak dalam peti ais selama satu jam dan kuarkan. Ambil sedikit dan uli memanjang dan potong kecil2. Ambil pisau yg agak tebal , letak di atas adunan tadi kemudian lenyekkan. spt dlm gambar .

Bahan-bahan
12 oz tepung gandum (jenis 'hard flour')
1 camt garam
3 biji telur
4 camb minyak zaitun
1 camb air

Cara-cara
Satukan tepung dan garam dalam mangkuk besar. Buatkan lubang di tengah, masukkan semua bahanlain, uli menjadi doh. Uli di atas papan bertabur sedikit tepung hingga doh licin. Jika melekat pada tangan, tambah sedikit lagi tepung. Bungkus doh dengan plastik dan biar 15-30 min sebelum mencanai dan menggunakan mesin untuk menggelek ia menjadi nipis. Rebus 3 min di dalam air mendidih bergaram dan bercampur sedikit minyak kemudian toskan sebelum digoreng atau dimakan dengan sos. Pastikan anda membentuk dan merebusnya terus.
