Colek Ikan

Ni resepi org tgh buntu. Sejak dr tghari btul2 buntu nk masak apa. Hubby ckp nk blik. Tnya dia nk mkn apa, jwbnya apa2 la. Ikutkn aku, aku goreng ikan & sayur jer tp kesian plak tengok dia mkn nnti. Dh la tak mkn sayur, takde rasa pedas mcm slow jer dia mkn. Godak2 dlm internet, jumpa la resepi colek ni. Alright gak ni sbb ada masam2 & pedas2. Seme duk masak colek ikan tenggiri tp dlm peti ais takde stok ni. Nmpak plak shima27 guna ikan kembung utk resepi yg sama. Beres....


COLEK IKAN KEMBUNG ( resepi asal COLEK IKE TENGGIRI)

BAHAN:
4 keping ikan tenggiri - i xde tenggiri so gantikan ngan kembung
1/2 cawan air masak
2 sudu besar gula
2 sudu teh garam
5 biji cili api
2-3 biji limau nipis
1 inci belacan (bakar sikit)
1 biji tomato (potong dadu)
1 biji bawang besar (potong dadu)
Sedikit daun ketumbar (hiris)
** nampla ( i tambah)

UPDATE: lupa nak beritahu..kepada yang tak suka daun ketumbar, boleh tukar kepada daun limau purut...memang ummphh!!!

CARA:
1. Letakkan secubit garam pada ikan dan bakar dlm oven hingga masak.(Kalau bakar dgn kayu arang lebih sedap)
2. Campurkan air masak,cili,garam,gula,belacan dan perahan air limau dan blend. Tumbuk dengan lesung pun boleh. Letak dlm bekas dan gaulkan dengan bawang,tomato dan daun ketumbar.
3. Tuangkan kedalam pinggan berisi ikan yg telah dibakar.Sedia untuk dimakan dengan nasi panas.


'COLEK IKE TENGGIRI'

To cook this wonderful dish, you need:
•2 medium pieces of mackerel
•some salt and turmeric powder
•1/2 cup of warm water
•1 and 1/2 tbsp sugar*
•1 tsp salt*
•3 bird's eye chillies*
•1 inch 'belacan' (toasted)*
•juice from a lime (add more if you like it to be more sour)
•1 ripe tomato (diced finely)
•1 medium size onion (diced finely)
•2 sprigs of spring onion (diced finely)

Method:
•Coat the fish with some salt and turmeric powder.
•Heat a non-stick pan and and heat up in some cooking oil.
•Put in the fish and fry till cook. Keep aside.
•Meanwhile, using a pestle and mortar, pound all the ingredients marked *.
•In a bowl, put in the pounded ingredients, chopped tomato, onion and spring onion.
•Pour in the water and stir well.
•Spoon this mixture over the fish and enjoy!

Bahan.
Ikan tenggiri perap kunyit dan garam, goreng dan tepikan.
5 biji cili padi* tumbuk
1/2 inci belacan* tumbuk
garam *tumbuk
Tomato-potong dadu
Bawang besar-potong dadu
3 tangkai saderi-racik halus.
2 sudu gula
1 biji lemon ambil jusnya.

Cara.
Racik2 ikan tesebut. Gaul bersama semua bahan tadi. SEDAPPP!!!
