Easy & Fast

After a ver bz week,i decided to have a good rest for the whole weekend.Since today i work 1/2 day,i'm going to make good use my evening by cleaning the house,so that tomorrow all i have to do,lying lazy on my bed.So,for my lunch & dinner,i'm going to cook sosej.Usually i eat it with chilli sauce but today i'm to cook it into a dish.Easy & fast cooked.& cheap too.I'm not going to cook 'heavy dish' yet since i'm not sure whether my fiance come or not today.

SOSEJ BAKED BEANS

Bahan-Bahan:
1 tin baked bean
10 batang sosej [potong2]
1 sudu makan minyak
3 sudu makan tomato sos
1 biji bawang besar (hiris)
2 ulas bawang putih (cincang)
3 biji cili merah [cincang]
garam dan gula
1 pokok kecil daun sup [cincang]

Cara:
1. Panaskan minyak
2. Tumis bawang putih & bawang besar
3. Masukkan sosej dan gorengkan sehinga garing.
4. Masukkan tomato sos
5. Masukkan baked bean dan gaul hingga rata.
6. Taburkan daun sup dan tutup api.
7. Hidang bersama roti bakar atau garlic bread.


U never know we can create many kind of dishes with sausage.May be all this time we eat it as breakfast or eat it on its own,but actually u'll amaze when u find that we can turn it into a very delicious dishes that can be eaten with rice.Whenever i've no idea what to cook,i bought sausage (my fiance prefers beef sausage), fried it, make 'sambal' or sauce & pour it onto the fried sausage.Voila,very delicious.


Sosej Berkicap

Bahan-bahan ( 3 org )
10 ketul sosej - dihiris nipis
1 biji cili merah - dihiris nipis
3 bawang merah - dimayang
2 ulas bawang putih - dimayang
2 sudu teh serbuk kari
4 sudu makan kicap
1/2 batang lobak merah - dpotong pnjg
Sedikit air
garam
Minyak utk menumis

Cara-cara
1. Panaskan minyak - tumis bawang merah & putih hingga kekuningan
2. Masukkan cili merah dan lobak merah - gaul
3. Masukkan serbuk kari - kacau rata
4. Tuangkan kicap & sedikit air
5. Masukkan sosej seketika, perasakn dgn garam
6. Boleh diangkat & terus dihidang


Sambal Tumis Udang Bersosej Ayam

Bahan-Bahan:
60 ml minyak masak
200-250 ml cili kisar
Air asam jawa secukupnya
Sedikit garam dan gula
125 ml air
1 cawan udang (dibuang kepala dan ekornya)
5 batang sosej ayam (dipotong serong setebal 1 cm)
1 batang serai (dititik)
1 biji bawang besar (dihiris bulat)

Bahan-bahan dikisar halus:
4 biji bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 cm belacan
1 hiris halia

Cara:
Panaskan minyak masak di dalam kuali. Tumis Bahan-bahan dikisar halus hingga ia terbit bau dan garing. Masukkan cili kisar. Biar hingga ia garing. Masukkan air asam jawa bersama garam dan gula. Kacau hingga sebati. Masukkan air bersama sosej ayam dan udang. Biar hingga sambal mendidih. Masukkan serai. Biar hingga sambal pekat. Akhir sekali masukkan bawang besar. Biar hingga ia layu. Angkat.


Kurma Sosej

Bahan-Bahan:
5 batang sosej ayam
2 cawan santan pekat
1 cawan air
4 sudu besar minyak sapi
4 sudu besar rempah kurma
5 ulas bawang kecil (dikisar halus)
2 ulas bawang putih (dikisar halus)
Sedikit halia (dikisar halus)
1 cm kulit kayu manis
3 kuntum bunga lawang
3 kuntum bunga cengkih
2 biji tomato (dipotong 2)
2 tangkai cili hijau (dibelah 2)
Garam secukup rasa
1 sudu besar ikan bilis (dikisar halus)
3 keping asam keping

Cara:
Panaskan minyak sapi & tumis bawang putih, bawang merah, halia, bunga cengkih,bunga lawang & kulit kayu manis sehingga naik aroma. Masukkan rempah kurma yang telah dibancuh dengan sedikit air. Biarkan sedikit matang, masukkan sosej, ikan bilis & asam keping. Campurkan air & santan pekat. Kacau sehingga mesra. Tunggu hingga mendidih, masukkan tomato, cili hijau & garam. Biarkan lagi sehingga mendidih. Angkat & hidangkan.

This is my fiance's recipe.It's delicious & very easy to make.He preferred beef sausage coz' he said the meet was 'sweeter'.
Sosej Bersos

Bahan
10 batang sosej daging - digoreng dahulu, kemudian dipotong serong
1 biji bawang besar - dipotong bulat
1 ulas bawang putih - dicincang halus
Sedikit halia - dipotong memanjang
2 sudu besar sos tiram
2 sudu besar sos cili
2 sudu besar sos tomato
Sedikit minyak untuk menumis
5 biji cili api - dihiris halus/diketuk
1 batang lobak merah - dihiris memanjang
Garam, gula & serbuk perasa
Sedikit air - ikut suka

Cara
1. Goreng sosej hingga masak.Potong serong.
2. Panaskan minyak.Tumis bawang putih & halia hingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan sos tiram, sos cili & sos tomato.
4. Masukkan sedikit air jika perlu.
5. Apabila sos sudah agak pekat, masukkan lobak merah & sosej.Gaul rata.
6. Masukkan cili api & bawang besar. Gaul rata.
7. Akhir sekali, masukkan garam, gula & serbuk perasa secukup rasa.
