Last week i watched inspirasi koko programme on tv.I was fascinated with recipe of the day, roti jala koko & kuah durian. It looked delicious even though i'm not 'brave' enough to mix chocolate powder into my roti jala mixture. & the kuah durian looked marvellous when the chef added white chocolate.
B4 this,i ate roti jala with chicken or beef curry. Once i ate it with sambal bilis. But after seeing that programme, i've this 'mengidam' feeling of eating roti jala with kuah durian. Ada kelainan ckit...plus yesterday my neigbour gave me a durian. It was quite big. Since i'm alone,i can't finish it myself. So i decided to make serawa durian. & i made roti jala to go with it.

ROTI JALA CHEEFF BERKUAH LEMPUK DURIAN
BAHAN BAHAN
400gm tepong gandom
2 biji telur
160gm santan
1/2 sudu kecil pewarna kuning
garam secukup rasa
Cara Cara Membuatnya
1.Campurkan kesemua bahan bahan diatas dan kacaukannya hingga rata dan sebati.
2.Gunakan acuan Roti Jala dan kiraikan diatas kuali yang nipis.
BAHAN BAHAN
300gm santan
2 helai daun pandan
200gm lempuk durian (dipotong dadu)
100gm gula pasir
garam secukup rasa
Cara Cara Membuatnya
1.Masak santan bersama daun pandan, gula dan garam hingga pekat.
2.Masukkan lempuk durian dan kacau hingga sebati dan mendidih selama 15 minit lamanya.
ROTI JALA KOKO DAN KUAH DURIAN

Jumlah Hidangan: 2 orang
Bahan
Tepung gandum 100 gm
Serbuk koko 1 sudu kecil
Garam Secukup rasa
Gula kastor 1 sudu kecil
Santan 300 ml
Daun pandan (untuk mengglis) 1 helai
Minyak 2 sudu besar
Cara-cara
i. untuk menyediakan batter, masukkan semua bahan kedalam pengisar.
ii. biarkan rehat selama 10 minit.
iii. masukkan adunan kedalam bekas acuan.
iv. panaskan pan leper, letakkan sedikit minyak menggunakan daun pandan
v. curahkan adunan dan biarkan masak
Bahan
Santan pekat 500 ml
Gula pasir 150 gm
Durian 8 ulas
Cokelat masakan putih (dicincang) 2 sudu besar
Daun pandan 1 helai
Garam Secukup rasa
Cara-cara
i. masukkan semua bahan kedalam periuk
ii. perlahankan api dan biarkan masak perlahan-lahan
iii. sentiasa kacau sehingga pekat dan licin
iv. hidangkan bersama roti jala
Serawa Durian with Roti Jala
- saltntumeric -
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup all purpose flour (1/2 lb)
1 1/2 cup low fat milk
1/2 cup water
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon oil
Ghee or butter (to grease the pan)
Method:
1. Sieve the flour and set aside. In a big bowl, mix all the ingredients well together (except the oil) and strain the batter. Add in 1/2 tablespoon of oil and set aside.
2. Heat up a pan with medium heat and grease it with some butter or ghee. Pour some batter into the mold and transfer the mold to the pan. As the batter flows through the holes of the mold, make circular rounds around the pan to form the netty patterns. After the top is set and done or when the bottom turns light brown, transfer the Roti Jala out and fold it into triangle shape. Arrange a few Roti Jala on a serving plate and add some curry chicken on the side. Serve immediately.
Ingrediants
1 tube of seedless frozen durian (or 5-6 pieces)
1 can coconut milk, 400ml
4-5 tbsp brown sugar
4-5 drops of pandan flavoured paste
Method
1. Put everything in a pot and cook on low heat. Stir often. This would be maybe between 12-15 min.
2. Pour them into a bowl and enjoy with roti jala or bread.
3. If you like it chilled, just put it in the fridge for a few hours.
Roti Jala dan kuah manis

bahan-bahan:
1 biji telor
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan air
1/2 cawan susu cair
secubit garam
1 sudu gula
pewarna kuning
1 sudu margerin
Cara:
1.Masukkan semua bahan2 dalam mesin pengisar(blender). Kisar hingga bahan2 sebati.
2.Kalau campuran ini agak cair, tambahkan sedikit tepung lagi agak2 boleh dikirai la...
3.Tapis adunan dalam mangkuk. Masukkan adunan dalam acuan roti jala dan kiraikan pada kuali yg tak melekat tu...
4. Biar beberapa minit dan angkat, letak dalam pinggan dan lipat empat.
Bahan-bahan
1 cawan santan pekat ( saya guna santan paket je )
gula melaka / gula tapak / gula pasir pun boleh
1 cawan air
secubit garam
durian jika ada ( saya tambah lempuk durian)
Cara:
1. Didihkan air dan gula seketika
2. Kemudian masukkan santan, dan garam dan durian
3. Biarkan beberapa ketika.
