First time tengok dish ni dlm rancangan ala carte ntv7 kelolaan chef kamarul. Masa tu host undangan penyanyi zahid. Nmpak mmg mcm sedap. Tp my hubby ckp dih ni sebiji mcm mee kungfu sbb mee tu digoreng bsama telur. Klau diikutkn, mmg mcm sama. Prnh la hubby belikn utk saya mee kungfu tp biasa mee kuning tu. Tp kali guna bihun. Dh lama tak mkn bihun sbb hubby kurang bminat dgn bihun. So ari ni tak tau nk masak apa utk dinner, saya cuba masak bihun bsalut telur ni. Jupe resepi yg sama dlm blog puncakkasih, siap dgn gambar. Mmg voila, sedap. Lps tu saya jupe resepi beehoon omellete dlm blog ida. Caranya sama mcm bihun salut telur tu, cuma resepi chef kamarul tu ada kuah. Resepi ida tak payah kuah, cicah jer dgn sos cili. Pun sedap.
Bihun Salut Telur

Ingredients:
Bahan Bihun
Bihun (rendam biar lembut) 400 gm
(aku dah terai dedua.. rendam kembang dan celur skek bihun tu... celur skek lebih kembang dan lebih lembut dan kenyang lebih.. huhuuhu - kalo bihun jenis lembut tayah celur ahh..bihun aku beli nih brand liat kemain..)
Minyak masak -1 sudu besar
Telur - 2 biji
Daun bawang - 5 gm
Garam- Secukup rasa
Lada putih-Secukup rasa
Bahan Kuah
Udang-100 gm
Sotong-100 gm
Bebola ikan-100 gm
Lobak merah (hiris)-100 gm
Kailan-50 gm
Jagung muda-80 gm
Bawang merah-2 biji
Bawang putih-2 ulas
Tepung jagung (dicampur air)-2 sudu besar
Sos tiram-1 sudu besar
Stok ayam-1 cawan
Garam-Secukup rasa
Lada putih-Secukup rasa
Directions:
Cara Buat Bihun
1. campurkan telur dengan garam, lada putih dan daun Bawang
2. masukkan bihun dan gaul sebati
3. goreng sehingga garing
Kuah
1. tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih
2. masukkan sotong, udang dan bebola ikan
3. masukkan sos tiram dan stok ayam
4. selepas itu masukkan semua sayur-sayuran
5. Perasakan bersama garam dan lada putih.
6. pekatkan dengan tepung jagung
7. Hidangkan bersama bihun
Beehoon Omelette

Ingredients
100 g thin rice noodles, beehoon noodles
6 large eggs
1 white onion, minced
1 cup minced beef
1 small carrot, cubed
1 tomato, remove seeds, cubed
1, remove seed, thinly sliced
1 stalk spring onions, finely sliced
seasoning
chicken bouillon cube
sugar and pepper
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons oil, extra
Directions
1. Soaked noodles in hot boiling water until soft and drain.
2. Beat eggs in large bowl for 1 minute, add seasoning and beat till combine. Pour eggs mixture over noodle.
3. Heat oil in a small pan or skillet. Stir fry carrots, onions, mince beef for 5 minutes. Drain and mix with eggs and noodles mixture. Mix in tomato, red chillies and spring onion.
4. Heat oil, pour half of the eggs noodles mixture and cook over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until done.
5. Repeat with the other half of the mixture.
6. Remove from heat and cut into wedges.
7. Serve hot. Dip in tomato or chilli sauce.
